Our consultant, Kersten, did an intake with the client and determined that, by changing out the verbiage, and the protocols of SuccessFactors, that the instance could be completely re-configured for use with the Teachers! One of the keys to having teacher and observers absorb the change from their old system was to change the verbiage in the fields to be recognizable for the teachers.

Business Issue

Our client, a large public school system, discovered an instance of SuccessFactors for Performance Management and wondered if it could be used for Teacher Observations.
