Maximize – UltiPro at Building Products Distributor

Our consultant, Lonnie, jumped right in and created the roadmap for payroll and HR to work together on the testing and re-configuration of UltiPro Core and HR post go-live. She documented HR process, worked with UltiPro to configure as intended. In the subsequent months she implemented the Performance Management module and is currently going live with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for them.

Business Issue

A Pennsylvania Client had very segregated HR and Payroll Departments. And without any HRIS staff, the client had an urgent need to get UtiPro working as intended after having gone live. They also had no roadmap to getting the additional PM, ATS modules implemented.
